Hi! Ramon Nastase here. I’m from Romania (maybe you’re familiar with the story of Transylvania & Dracula). Yep, that place.
I'm an entrepreneur, a bestselling author, and a growth consultant. For the past seven years, I've been a business owner, initially teaching people how to become tech-savvy individuals in the Romanian market.
I taught programming, computer networking, cybersecurity, ethical hacking, Linux servers, and other tech-related topics.
That was my background for the past seven years, and I've learned a lot mainly because I was focusing on working and doing it all by myself.
At one point, I was working around 60 to 80 hours a week because I had embraced, as many entrepreneurs do, the hustle culture.
Eventually, I got burned out in so many ways from not being able to spend time with my girlfriend, not being able to enjoy the fruits of my labor, and not managing money well.
I managed to lose a lot of money, hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars from the money that I owned and did not owe. I also got burned out and had no energy left in the tank to work.
All of this led to a crisis in my life, and everything started to fall apart. At that point, I started to make some adjustments and became aware that this was not the path I needed to take.
I started to map out my time and see what activities best served me as a person, my interests, and the whole company.
